It has come to my attention that the Evangelical Covenant Church in North America agrees that tithing is not a New Covenant doctrine.
According to the Evangelical Covenant Church's website, they say they
are a multi ethnic movement of 875 congregations in the United States
and Canada with ministries on five continents of the world. If you are looking for a freewill giving church, you might want to check them out.
